Dear UFSC Members, Colleagues and Friends:
Kansas City, Missouri will be the host city for the Urban Financial Services Coalition 36th Annual International Conference for Financial Professionals. The conference, including the annual board meeting, will convene June 10 - June 12, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency – Crown Center. I would like to personally extend an invitation to you to attend this year’s conference.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Charting Your Course for the New Economy.” Our conference is designed to give the organization’s members an opportunity to convene and discuss the ongoing changes in the financial services industry that affect our careers and financial institutions.
UFSC addresses the professional development needs of our members through a series of motivational sessions and workshops that enhance both their personal and professional skills. Attending the conference benefits both the members and their employer because it updates skills and knowledge meaningful to their jobs. Over the years, UFSC has assisted many of its members in becoming senior executives by using the skills they learned from attending the conference.
To show our appreciation to our loyal members, colleagues and friends and to mindful of the challenging economic times, we have designed several conference registration packages to meet the needs of all our constituencies. The packages are reflected below: Conference Registration PackagesAdvance Registrations o $250 fee for registrations received by December 31, 2009 o $300 fee for registration received by February 28, 2010 o $350 fee for registration received by April 30, 2010 o $375 fee for registration received by June 1, 2010 o $425 fee for registration received onsite at the conference
Hotel Single Occupancy Advance Pay Registration Discount Package o $692 fee covers conference registration fee for one individual, three night’s hotel accommodations, and hotel taxes. o Option 1: Registration fee can be paid in 4 monthly payments of $172.94 per month. he payment option expires January 15, 2010. o Option 2: Registration fee can be paid in 5 monthly payments of $138.35 per month. The payment option expires December 15, 2009.
Hotel Double Occupancy Advance Pay Registration Discount Package o $471 fee covers conference registration fee per person, three night’s hotel accommodations, and hotel taxes. o Option 1: Registration fee can be paid in 4 monthly payments of $117.72 per month. Payment option expires January 15, 2010. o Option 2: Registration fee can be paid in 5 monthly payments of $94.18 per month. Payment option expires December 15, 2009.
