Research has proven that organizations that have a diverse workforce are more likely to have financial returns above their national industry medians. Additionally, those who show their commitment to embracing diversity will attract more highly qualified candidates than those who do not. Leveling Up the Playing Field Initiative can be a useful tool in maintaining a diverse workforce by being a conduit to bring ethnically and
racially diverse candidates to the attention of reputable organizations looking to fill financial services professional positions.
