Who We Are: The Millennia Force is a part of the Urban Financial Services Coalition, a non-profit organization of minority professionals in the financial services industry and related fields.

Vision: The Millennia Force is an inspirational youth movement that drives a critical mass of urban and suburban citizens who use their knowledge, tools, strategies and community buy-in to eliminate the wealth gap; their effectiveness is due to addressing the following disparities: Education, Employment, Income, Housing, and Wealth.

Mission: To be the preeminent and resourceful organization in the financial services industry that attracts, develops, and promotes young people to pursue their career aspirations in the functional areas of financial services, as well as to use their time, talents, and treasures to help others in their community.
