Open Board Positions UFSC – December 2025
National Vice President
- The National Vice President shall perform the duties of the National President when the National President is absent or otherwise unable to serve.
- The National Vice President shall serve as Chairperson of the Regional Vice Presidents Council and perform such other duties delegated by the National the President.
National Treasurer
- The National Treasurer shall be responsible for all fiscal affairs of UFSC. They shall be designated signatory of all bank accounts held in the name of UFSC.
- The National Treasurer shall be responsible for the preparation of the fiscal year report of UFSC and shall deliver a financial report at the National Summit.
- The National Treasure shall operate under the direct supervision of the National Board of Directors.
- The National Treasurer shall prepare UFSC annual budget for the National Board of Directors no later than FORTY-FIVE DAYS before the budget year to which it applies has begun and, once approved by the National Board of Directors, shall monitor the fiscal affairs of the UFSC.
- The National Treasurer shall prepare financial statements as of the close of each quarter and distribute them to all Chapter and Student Chapter within SIXTY DAYS following the close of each quarter.
- The National Treasurer shall disburse UFSC funds only upon order of the National President or the National Board of Directors provided a valid invoice or receipt is submitted. An appropriate register shall be maintained by the National Treasurer, which clearly indicates the date of the disbursement, the payee and the purpose.
- The National Treasurer shall serve as chairperson on the Finance Committee.
- After the close of each month, the National Treasurer shall provide the Finance Committee with read only access to the financial records along with any supporting documentation required to complete the formal Finance Committee review.
Parliamentarian
- There shall be a National Parliamentarian who shall be responsible for recommending interpretations and changes to the By-Laws.
- The Parliamentarian shall be appointed by the National President.
- The Parliamentarian shall be a non-voting member of the National Board of Directors and shall be present at all business sessions of the National Summit and the National Board of Directors meetings.
- The Parliamentarian shall advise the National President and the National Board of Directors on questions of procedures using Robert’s Rules of Order (most recent edition) during all business meetings.

Administrative Committees
Membership Chairperson
- The Membership Chairperson (MC) will develop and execute the growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- The MC will lead the membership committee, providing guidance, task delegation, and ongoing support to members. Ensure accurate, up-to-date member records and support database scrubbing efforts.
- The MC will lead initiatives to identify, attract, and onboard new members across the financial services industry.
- The MC will implement retention programs, including personalized outreach, satisfaction check-ins, and renewal campaigns.
- Onboarding management will be key as this person will oversee the welcome process for new members, including communication, orientation sessions, and connecting members to resources.
- The MC will track membership growth, engagement levels, retention rates, and prepare monthly/ quarterly reports for the National Board of Directors.
- The MC will partner with marketing and program committee to coordinate member spotlights, recognition programs, and engagement activities to celebrate member achievements.
- Partner with the National Board of Directors to build relationships with industry organizations to support recruitment and engagement efforts.
Marketing Committee Chairperson
- The Marketing Committee Chair (MCC) will oversee the development and execution of the organization’s marketing strategy.
- The Marketing Committee Chair will maintain consistent and accurate messaging across all communication channels. In addition, the MCC will oversee content for the website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with Membership Chair on campaigns to recruit and retain members.
- The Marketing Committee Chair will lead marketing efforts for events, workshops and programs.
- The Marketing Committee Chairperson will recruit and guide committee members and lead meetings to plan and review marketing activities.
- The Marketing Committee Chair will provide regular updates, plans, activities, and results.
- The Marketing Committee Chairperson is responsible for upholding the organizational branding guidelines and communications standards.
