Urban Financial Services Coalition (UFSC) Empowered Leaders Toastmasters Club invites financial professionals, leaders, and business owners to a virtual club meeting on Tuesday, November 2 2021 at 6:30 pm CT. Hosted by Toastmasters Ditu Kasuyi and Anissa Brown for an inspirational evening. Our club experience will include a dynamic speech, “Your Voice Within” delivered by Anissa Brown. Come and be empowered to Show Up, Step Up, and Speak Up!!
Attendees can expect to experience the UFSC camaraderie while networking with other professionals, learning how to develop better public speaking, leadership, communication skills, and much more!

Anissa Brown joined the banking industry in 1999. She serves as a Business Development Manager with Academy Bank. Anissa advocates for the community and her clients to ensure they are informed and empowered to reach their financial goals. She has been recognized for her community service and has received exemplary performance awards throughout her career. Prior to joining Academy Bank, Anissa held managerial roles at U.S. Bank, UMB, and Regions Bank. Anissa received her Master’s degree in Business Management from Baker University, Baldwin City, KS. She is also an alum of Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA where she earned her BS in Psychology. Anissa services her community and deepens her leadership ability while serving as the Treasurer of the Urban Financial Services Coalition (UFSC) Greater Kansas City Chapter and Empowered Leaders Toastmasters Club Board.
