Announcing Millennia Force Initiative
“Changing the World Through Finance”
Washington, D.C.— April 12, 2021 — Today, The Urban Financial Services Coalition, also known as the “UFSC” is pleased to announce their plans to embark on a new youth initiative called The Millennia Force. An inspirational youth movement that drives a critical mass of urban and suburban citizens who utilize their knowledge, tools, strategies, and community buy-in to eliminate the wealth gap.To do this they will effectively uncover the disparities of education, employment, income, housing, and health that exists within urban communities across the nation.

The Urban Financial Services Coalition has built an everlasting pipeline of African American talent through its Mark One and Oratorical programs. The Millennial Force core team consists of a highly diverse bicoastal group of graduates and young professionals from institutions such as Florida Atlantic University, San Diego State University, and Morgan State University who plan to combine their vast skill sets and talents to bridge the wealth gap.
Furthermore, the organization whose main goal has always been to uplift the community through professional development, economic empowerment, educational advancement, are excited to take this next step in empowering the youth. The Millennia Force looks to become the preeminent organization within the financial services industry that attracts, develops, and promotes young talent to pursue their career aspirations within financial services.
