The Holiday season is upon us and some people have anxiety on what they will be cooking this holiday season. Will it be the same old selections from seasons past or something new to bring in a new vibe, a new sense of excitement.  Chef Ausar, will give you a taste of why they call him the The Kitchen Magician and as a result your holiday guests will be singing your praises with a full stomach.

Ausar AriAnkh is the Owner and Executive Chef of the Kitchen Magician Catering Company and Firehouse 15. Ausar was born in the Bronx, New York and grew up in Long Island. His introduction to the gastronomic world started at the budding age of six. As a child Ausar learned culinary trade secrets while helping his mother prepare dinner. His love and passion for food only grew stronger with time as he embarked on his culinary journey.  During his junior and senior years of high school Ausar attended an extracurricular culinary arts vocational program.  These early life experiences left an indelible mark that would be the blueprint for his esculent quest for excellence.  

Ausar has an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University.  A few of the destinations on his culinary tour include roles as Regional Executive Chef of the South Region for Chartwells, Executive Chef at The College of William & Mary, and Virginia Commonwealth University. Particular highlights in his culinary career have been creating and inspiring both nutritious and appetizing meals.
